This survey includes both, transformation and exports manufacturing. 2/ Information generated using the new methodology adopted by INEGI of the Monthly Survey of Commercial Enterprises (Encuesta Mensual sobre Empresas Comerciales, EMEC). Due to this change in methodology, data is available from January 2008 to date. 3/ Productivity per worker is calculated using the total manufacturing production index, computed by INEGI.
