In accordance with the Federal Civil Servants' Responsibility Act (Ley Federal de Responsabilidades Administrativas de los Servidores Públicos), Banco de México must preserve a Civil Servants' Registry.

The registry must include the curricular data, personal assets and, if applicable, the administrative procedures established and the sanctions imposed, on the officers of Banco de México obligated or not to report their personal assets.

According to article 40 of the Federal Civil Servants' Responsibility Act (Ley Federal de Responsabilidades Administrativas de los Servidores Públicos), the above-mentioned registry will be public. Nevertheless, the information about personal assets shall only be published with the prior and specific authorization of the corresponding civil servant.
