Key counterparties act as reciprocal creditors and/or debtors with respect to the operations conducted by different intermediaries through shares registered in the National Securities Registry or with derivatives that trade on the Mexican Derivatives Exchange (MexDer), in order to standardize, manage, and mitigate credit risks.
