\2 The Agreement (02/2015) issued by the SHCP sets forth that assignees shall establish the necessary information systems to submit disaggregated information relevant to the quality of hydrocarbons not later than on December 31, 2015. The Agreement (10/2016) issued by the SHCP sets forth that assignees shall submit to the transitory measurement regime provided for in the current Technical Guidelines for the Measurement of Hydrocarbons, issued by the National Hydrocarbons Commission, until the update of measurement systems is completed in accordance with the terms of the aforementioned guidelines.
