\1 Ordinary transfers are those established in articles 87 to 93 of the Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Federal Law (Ley Federal de Presupuesto y Responsabilidad Hacendaria) and were made according to the schedule determined by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) established in article 16, Section II, of the Mexican Petroleum Fund Law (Ley del Fondo Mexicano del Petróleo para la Estabilización y el Desarrollo) in terms of the applicable provisions.
\2 As of 2021, CONACYT - SENER - Hydrocarbons Sector Fund, IMP Scientific Research and Technological Development Fund and CONACYT - SENER - Energy Sustainability Sectorial Fund were replaced by Transfers for hydrocarbons and energy sustainability research.
\3 Pursuant to Article 93 of the Budget and Fiscal Responsibility Federal Law, the Gross Domestic Product of General Economic Policy Criteria for the corresponding year is used.
